Jody & Kane | Braeside Estate Wedding, Gold Coast

Jody and Kane celebrated their elegant wedding at the beautiful Braeside Estate with our 9-hour Signature Collection, allowing us to document every chapter of their day from the morning preparations through to the evening celebrations. We also had the pleasure of working alongside the talented team from Socially Wed, whose behind-the-scenes content perfectly complemented the day and made for a fun, collaborative atmosphere from start to finish.

After more than eight years together, Jody and Kane finally said “I do” following a love story that began with a Snapchat message and a first date at Holey Moley. Their unforgettable engagement took place during a trip through America, where Kane proposed on a scenic hike overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge—a moment that perfectly reflected their love of adventure and choosing each other above everything else.

The morning began with Jody getting ready in Braeside’s elegant Bridal Homestead while Kane prepared with his groomsmen at The Star Gold Coast in Broadbeach before making his way to the estate. Jody looked absolutely stunning in her Mariana Hardwick gown, whose timeless silhouette perfectly complemented the sophisticated style of the day.

Everyone then gathered for a heartfelt outdoor ceremony at The Circle, complete with the all-important confetti exit. We explored the stunning grounds of Braeside Estate for portraits, making the most of the venue’s incredible variety of locations. Jody and Kane also hired the iconic Stingray Corvette for their portraits, adding a timeless, editorial feel to their gallery. From towering fig trees and manicured gardens to charming pathways and open lawns, every corner of the estate provided a beautiful backdrop.

The celebrations continued with a champagne tower to officially kick off the reception before guests enjoyed heartfelt speeches, incredible food and a packed dance floor. As night fell, we slipped away for some fun portraits beneath Braeside’s fairy-lit trees before finishing with a celebratory champagne pop—the perfect ending to a stylish and unforgettable wedding day.
